Your Responsibilities

  • Serve as a skilled engineer focused on transforming our technological landscape.
  • Lead or contribute to the development of a cutting-edge, highly scalable data platform.
  • Act as a contributor to the Standard Technical Services Portfolio.
  • Create digital assets to meet the needs of our internal and external clients.

Qualifications for Success

Essential Skills

  • A strong engineering mindset with experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), production-level delivery, analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and a sense of ownership.
  • A minimum of 5 years of development experience in languages such as Python, RUST, GO, Elixir, or Erlang.
  • Familiarity with application and system design patterns.
  • Proficiency in Docker or Kubernetes.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly SCRUM.

Preferred Technical Experience

  • Familiarity with DevOps CI/CD tools like GitHub, Jenkins, or UrbanCodeDeploy.
  • Experience with public cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Background in building or supporting distributed applications.

Preferred Business Experience

  • Knowledge of FinTech.
  • Understanding of DeFi.
  • Experience in Crypto & Blockchain.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML.
  • Experience working within Agile/Scrum development frameworks.
