At KPMG in Canada, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our Enterprise Tax team. As a key member of our tax planning initiatives, you'll work closely with Partners to drive tax planning strategies for our clients. Your exceptional organizational skills will enable you to direct junior staff, ensuring accuracy and completeness in their work. You'll also research and prepare tax-planning strategies, taking the lead on tax return preparation. If you're a motivated leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client engagements and work closely with Partners on tax planning initiatives
  • Plan and organize teams for tax return preparation and conduct tax research
  • Review junior staff work for accuracy and completeness
  • Develop and implement tax-planning strategies for clients
  • Provide ongoing support and mentoring for staff development
  • Collaborate with office members to attract new work to the firm

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of tax experience in a public accounting firm
  • Professional accounting designation and CPA In-Depth tax course completion
  • Excellent client service skills and ability to understand client businesses
  • Emphasis on quality and adding value in client offerings and services
  • Ability to motivate and develop junior staff
