At KPMG in Canada, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our Enterprise Tax team. As a key member of our tax planning initiatives, you'll work closely with Partners to develop and implement tax strategies for our clients. Your exceptional organizational skills will enable you to direct junior staff, ensuring accuracy and completeness in their work. You'll also research and prepare tax-planning strategies, taking the lead on tax return preparation. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client engagements and work closely with Partners on tax planning initiatives
  • Plan and organize teams for tax return preparation and conduct tax research
  • Review junior staff work for accuracy and completeness
  • Develop and implement tax strategies for clients
  • Provide ongoing support and mentoring for staff development
  • Collaborate with office members to attract new work to the firm


What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years of tax experience in a public accounting firm
  • Professional accounting designation
  • Enrolled or completed the CPA In-Depth tax course
  • Excellent client service skills with a deep understanding of clients' businesses
  • Emphasis on quality and adding value in client offerings and services
  • Ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve results
