Retail Store Manager

Fly Limousine Inc is seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales staff, including apprentices, stages hands, and design team members.
- Sales and Merchandising: Assign sales workers to duties, order merchandise, and establish work schedules to ensure efficient sales operations.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail supervisory role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
