Your Role: OLG is on a transformative journey to enhance the gaming experience for Ontarians through our various channels, including digital and retail. As a key player in this evolution, the Customer Care Specialist – Retailer will be instrumental in fostering positive relationships with our retail partners, ensuring they are equipped to represent the OLG brand effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional experiences to retailers, reinforcing a customer-focused OLG brand.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of OLG's offerings, ensuring retailers receive precise and timely information.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational policies and risk management protocols through thorough understanding of procedures.
  • Act as the primary resource for retailer inquiries regarding products and services, strengthening partnerships.
  • Provide expert guidance on OLG offerings to enhance retailer collaboration.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for retailers, including terminal setups and account management.
  • Identify and implement improvements in departmental processes to optimize operations.
  • Address retailer inquiries promptly, escalating issues as necessary to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Commit to Responsible Gambling standards in all interactions.

Qualifications:

Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is essential.

Education: A university degree or college diploma in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience; familiarity with the gaming or entertainment sectors is advantageous.

Essential Skills: Exceptional customer service skills, strong communication abilities, interpersonal skills, problem-solving aptitude, and flexibility to accommodate varying work hours.
