About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Experience Specialist - Retail Partner to join our team at Ontario Lottery and Gaming (OLG). As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with our retail partners, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain knowledge of all OLG products, services, and promotions to ensure accurate information is provided to retail partners.
- Provide exceptional customer service to retail partners, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the customer experience.
- Conduct regular business reviews with retail partners to discuss their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying this knowledge to enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.
Requirements
- University degree or college diploma in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a retail or gaming industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with retail partners.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
