We are seeking a highly skilled Produce Manager to join our team at Red River Co-op in Lorette, Manitoba. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for leading the produce department to achieve exceptional results in sales, margins, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability in the produce department.
- Lead a team of produce department staff to ensure excellent customer service, efficient operations, and high-quality product presentation.
- Manage inventory, purchasing, and receiving processes to minimize waste and maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with store management to achieve overall store objectives and goals.
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in a produce or grocery department.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
