We are seeking a dedicated Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to oversee our landscaping and maintenance operations at Supreme Sprinklers Inc. This permanent position offers a dynamic work environment where you will manage a team and ensure the highest standards of outdoor maintenance.
Employment Details- Job Type: Permanent

- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a related field
This role involves working primarily outdoors, where you will be responsible for planning and directing grounds maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and oversee grounds maintenance plans
- Estimate labor and material requirements
- Organize and supervise the construction of decks and retaining walls
- Manage landscape construction projects
- Maintain accurate work records and logs
- Administer contracts and tenders
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Repair and maintain equipment
- Order necessary materials and supplies
- Address work-related issues and provide technical guidance
- Supervise nursery and greenhouse staff
- Establish work schedules and procedures
You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.
