Job Title: Aerospace Project Director

Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aerospace Project Director to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing complex projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project planning, design, and delivery teams
  • Develop and implement project management plans, risk assessments, and quality control measures
  • Administer contracts, from project definition to construction and commissioning stages
  • Perform quality assurance checks and examinations
  • Develop and manage project criteria, cost estimates, and management plans
Requirements:
  • Graduation with a degree in architecture from a recognized post-secondary institution or a degree with acceptable specialization in landscape architecture or urban planning
  • Significant experience in leading complex architectural, landscape, or urban planning projects or programs
  • Experience in managing human and financial resources
  • Project Management accreditation and certification as a registered architect in good standing with a Canadian provincial or territorial architectural association
Language Requirements:
  • Bilingual imperative (CBC/CBC)
  • Bilingual Imperative (BBB/BBB)
Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing
  • Willingness and ability to work overtime and conduct site visits
