Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at FAS Consulting Group Ltd. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and sweeping floors
  • Process returns and exchanges, and handle customer complaints in a fair and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store atmosphere
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
