Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at FAS Consulting Group Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and provide assistance with purchases.
  • Cash Handling: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and sweeping floors.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment:

The Retail Sales Associate will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

  • Accuracy: Maintain accurate records and handle customer transactions with precision.
  • Communication: Excellent oral communication skills to provide customer service and respond to inquiries.
  • Reliability: Demonstrate reliability and punctuality in meeting work schedules and deadlines.
