Kitchen Helper Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Ptarmigan Inn. As a Kitchen Helper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional dining experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure that the kitchen is kept clean and tidy at all times.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit.
