Restaurant Supervisor

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure exceptional service for our guests at beBee Professionals in Greater Sudbury, Canada.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Supervise restaurant staff to maintain high levels of customer service and a welcoming atmosphere
* Assist in training and onboarding new employees to ensure a smooth transition
* Monitor food quality and presentation to meet our standards
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints promptly and professionally
* Collaborate with management to optimize restaurant operations and improve efficiency

**Requirements:**

* Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry
* Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide the team
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to work evenings and weekends
