About Micasa Home and Crafts

We are a leading retailer of unique and creative products, and we are seeking a skilled Retail Salesperson to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and offering advice on merchandise.
  • Sales: Assist customers in selecting products, process transactions, and maintain sales records for inventory control.
  • Merchandise Display: Assist in displaying merchandise in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Inventory Management: Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems to ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, and assist in preparing merchandise for purchase or rental.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
