We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Salesperson to join our team at Micasa Home and Crafts. As a Retail Salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet customers and discuss their needs, providing advice on merchandise and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
- Sales: Meet or exceed sales targets by promoting products, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and rotating merchandise.
- Store Appearance: Ensure the store is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing, with merchandise displayed in an attractive and inviting manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset, but not required.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Availability: 30 to 40 hours per week.
