About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Salesperson to join our team at Micasa Home and Crafts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice to customers on merchandise, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Operate computerized inventory record keeping and re-ordering systems to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Assist in the display of merchandise, ensuring visually appealing store displays.
  • Maintain sales records for inventory control, ensuring accurate tracking of sales data.
  • Prepare merchandise for purchase, rental, or lease, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience in a retail environment is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
