  • Prepare examination rooms, ensuring all necessary materials are organized and available.
  • Establish and maintain both electronic and physical filing systems.

  • Maintain confidentiality of files and records diligently.
  • Organize and distribute incoming mail and faxes, and coordinate courier services.

Qualifications:

A minimum of a 2-year diploma in Medical Office Administration or a related discipline is required.

Candidates should possess at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Additional Skills:

  • Proficiency in OSCAR software.
  • Experience in managing clinical supplies and equipment.
  • Ability to triage calls effectively.
  • Competence in scanning medical documents.
  • Experience in processing uninsured payments.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in a medical clinic, preferably in family medicine.
  • Medical Terminology Certification or equivalent knowledge.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with clinical instruments and supplies relevant to family medicine.
  • Proficiency in computer use, with a typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
  • Previous experience in phone triage and scheduling for multiple healthcare providers.
  • Effective communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills within a team setting.
  • Physical capability to lift and manage supplies weighing up to 25 pounds.
  • A strong understanding of the confidential nature of the role.
