As a Sales Supervisor at MAXPRO MANAGEMENT SERVICES LTD, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our sales team and ensuring the efficient operation of our retail environment.
Qualifications- Education: Completion of secondary school or equivalent experience is required.
- Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role is preferred.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to sales staff.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills.
- Manage inventory and order merchandise as needed.
- Compile and present reports regarding sales performance, inventory management, and staffing issues.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply challenges.
- Maintain an organized inventory system.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of team members.
- Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy.
You will be responsible for supervising a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.
Work Environment- Fast-paced and dynamic work setting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Requires manual dexterity and a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrates accuracy and a strong client focus.
