Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Supervisor to join our team at A & G Sales. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail sales experience.
- Work Setting: Retail business.
A & G Sales is a fast-paced retail environment that requires strong organizational and communication skills. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be working in a team-oriented environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
