Painter and Decorator

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter and Decorator to join our team at Argcon Group Inc. as a Construction Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting and decorating services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth and even finish.
- Painting and Decorating: Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces, using a variety of techniques and tools.
- Equipment and Machinery Operation: Operate a range of equipment and machinery, including brushes, rollers, and spray guns, to achieve professional-looking results.
- Health and Safety: Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols and regulations.
- Communication and Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues and clients to ensure successful project outcomes, providing excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Education and Experience: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 1 year of experience in painting and decorating.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Language and Communication: Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
