Job Summary
We're seeking a Merchandise Processing Associate to join our team in creating an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and prepare merchandise for sale, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient inventory management.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in merchandise processing and customer service.
