We purchase these items directly from our nonprofit partners, redirecting billions of pounds of used items away from landfills and on to our store racks and shelves for reuse.

Job Summary
We're seeking a Merchandise Processing Associate to join our team in Oakville, ON.
As a Merchandise Processing Associate, you'll play a critical role in creating an awesome experience for our customers, donors, and team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and prepare merchandise for sale, including sorting, pricing, and displaying items.
- Work collaboratively with the sales floor team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of inventory management strategies.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
