Job Summary
We're seeking a Merchandise Processing Associate to create an exceptional experience for our customers, donors, and team members. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in processing merchandise, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and upholding our company's values.
Responsibilities
- Process and manage merchandise inventory, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of donations and purchases.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge, contributing to the growth and success of the organization.
