Assistant Store Manager

Reitmans is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager.
As an integral part of the management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales success, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Collaborating with the Store Manager to achieve company objectives and key performance indicators.
- Effectively managing daily store operations, including scheduling, payroll, inventory control, and loss prevention.
- Leading and motivating a team of sales associates, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities.
- Implementing marketing strategies and promotions to drive customer engagement and sales growth.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting shopping environment that reflects the Reitmans brand aesthetic.
We are looking for an individual who possesses:
- A minimum of one to two years of experience in a supervisory role within a retail setting.
- Proven leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and motivate teams.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- A passion for fashion and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
