Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Mechanics Group Leader to join our team at Quest-Tech Inc. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our electrical and mechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints to determine work requirements and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and testing of electrical and mechanical equipment to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Perform complex repairs and maintenance tasks on electrical motors, transformers, switchgear, generators, and other electro-mechanical equipment.
  • Use precision machining tools to fabricate or recondition parts and ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement maintenance strategies that minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure our equipment and systems remain at the forefront of technology.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance, with a focus on electro-mechanical systems.
  • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles, including circuit analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on safety and quality.
