About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dry Cleaning Plant Manager to join our team at Nutone Cleaners Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our dry cleaning facility, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management: Direct and control the daily operations of the dry cleaning facility, ensuring that all processes are running efficiently and effectively.
  • Strategic Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, including the management of staff, resources, and budgets.
  • Policies and Procedures: Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff, ensuring that they are aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budgets and inventory, ensuring that we maintain a healthy financial position.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies, ensuring that we maximize our exposure and reach.
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring that we provide a high level of customer service.
  • Quality Control: Oversee the evaluation of the cost and quality of goods or services, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality.
  • Maintenance and Repairs: Ensure that systems and equipment are operating efficiently and that proper maintenance and repairs are performed.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a dry cleaning facility, or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
