We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dry Cleaning Plant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dry cleaning facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing dry cleaning establishments, with a focus on ensuring high-quality service and timely delivery to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee the daily operations of the dry cleaning facility, ensuring smooth and efficient processing of customer garments.
  • Manage a team of staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling shifts to meet business needs.
  • Conduct regular inspections of cleaned items to guarantee they meet customer expectations.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and chemicals, ordering new supplies as needed to maintain proper stock levels.
  • Ensure all machinery and equipment are in good working condition, performing routine maintenance and repairs as necessary.
  • Handle the financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, pricing, and cost control.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in dry cleaning operations management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.

**Language Requirement:** Bilingual

**Hourly Wage:** $38
