Patient Care Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Normanna Care Services Limited Partnership. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Personal Care: Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Medical Support: Take residents' vital signs, administer first aid as needed, and provide basic medical care.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, including making beds, changing linens, and cleaning common areas.
- Transportation: Safely transport residents between care facilities and other locations as needed.
- Communication: Maintain open and respectful communication with residents, families, and healthcare staff.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
- Certifications: First Aid Certificate.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and perform repetitive tasks.
