Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Performance Specialist to join our team at the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate health service delivery and clinical operational performance across services and support functions based on data-driven insights.
  • Lead the development and implementation of business process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Provide analytical support to leadership teams, including financial planning, reporting, and business performance management.
  • Cultivate and model a culture of client service, promoting a collaborative and consultative approach with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Engage with analysts to prepare data and reporting to inform management decisions.
Requirements
  • Five years of experience in a health-related setting, supporting management in decision-making with data-driven business analyses.
  • Experience in applying lean transformation framework concepts to identify and implement opportunities for business improvement.
  • Post-secondary degree in a relevant discipline, such as health or social sciences, with additional post-graduate education in a related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent certification in quality processes is an asset.
