Store Operations Leader (Maternity Coverage)

Role Impact:

The Store Operations Leader will cultivate a warm and inspiring atmosphere for customers as they navigate the store and explore our product offerings. By actively engaging with their needs and preferences, you will expertly guide the customer journey from initial greeting to final purchase. You are dedicated to mentoring and coaching your team, open to giving and receiving constructive feedback. You set both team and personal objectives and are committed to achieving them. You take pleasure in connecting with your community and organizing engaging events that drive traffic and boost sales. Your intuition, enthusiasm, and passion for Collage HR will help you meet sales targets and foster customer loyalty.

Responsibilities:

Customer Experience

  • Fostering a customer experience that emphasizes relationship-building through our brand and its values.
  • Acting as the voice of the customer, ensuring insights and opportunities for enhancing our brand, products, and services are effectively communicated.
  • Safeguarding and enriching the Collage HR omnichannel customer journey. Planning and executing in-store events and partnerships that resonate with our community and enhance the customer experience.

Store Leadership

  • Ensuring all merchandise is displayed effectively to reflect our brand identity and drive sales.
  • Consistently working to enhance cleanliness, organization, and layout throughout the store.
  • Assisting with general operational tasks (such as ordering supplies) and organizing store events.
  • Opening and closing the store while consistently meeting Collage HR standards.
  • Facilitating the purchase and return/exchange processes through the POS system.

Team Development

  • Coaching and nurturing your team, promoting a positive and enjoyable work environment that drives financial success.
  • Responsible for recruiting, training, and developing an outstanding team.
  • Addressing any challenges or opportunities that arise with accuracy and confidence.
  • Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly business and personnel results through KPIs, fostering a culture of performance and accountability within the team.
What We Seek in a Store Operations Leader:
  • 3+ years of experience in a retail management position.
  • A friendly demeanor with a proactive approach.
  • Resourceful with a strong ability to resolve customer issues.
  • Full-time availability required.
  • Coverage for 12-18 months with the potential for full-time employment afterward.
  • Flexible availability based on business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with Shopify POS system is a plus.
  • Experience in a direct-to-consumer retail brand.
