Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and assistance to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving computer-related issues.
- Configure and maintain computer systems, networks, and software to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and implement technical solutions to improve system efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems and services.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, applying this knowledge to improve our IT infrastructure.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software, including Shell script, MAC, Linux, Servers, Mac OS, MS Active Directory, MS Office, SQL, and SharePoint.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with employees at all levels.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail.
