Job Title: Information Technology Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Specialist to join our team at Pan American Silver Corp.

Job Summary:

The Information Technology Specialist will provide technical support and assistance to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to employees, including troubleshooting and resolving computer-related issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software.
  • Develop and implement technical solutions to improve system efficiency and performance.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of technology with business processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements, and recommend new solutions to improve our IT infrastructure.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software, including Windows, Linux, and Mac OS.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
