About the Role:
As a key member of the Seequent Limited team, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's compensation policies and programs. Reporting to the Total Rewards Lead, you will contribute to the development and improvement of compensation strategies, leveraging market and trend analysis, industry best practices, and data analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the participation in annual and targeted market compensation surveys to ensure accurate and up-to-date market data.
- Participate in the company-wide annual compensation review, including the development of the compensation review planning calendar, training material, and technical support for HRIS systems.
- Lead and/or participate in specific total rewards projects and initiatives, such as compensation program design and implementation, retention schemes, and equity programs.
- Provide technical expertise in North American compensation and executive compensation practices, as well as global compensation experience.
- Develop and maintain strong computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, SAP Success Factors, and Workday compensation modules.
