About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at WellnessLiving. As a Sales Director, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and establishing a strong sales presence in Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Manage sales performance metrics, including pipeline growth, conversion rates, and sales revenue.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to BDRs to improve sales skills and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a sales leadership role, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and sales performance.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of sales professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Experience with sales software and tools, including CRM systems and sales analytics platforms.
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
