Auto Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Auto Sales Manager to join our team at 360 West Coast Auto Sales Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Merchandise and Services
- Determine the types of merchandise and services to be sold, including vehicles, parts, and accessories.
- Locate and procure high-quality merchandise for resale.
- Marketing and Budgeting
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
- Plan and manage budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize profits.
- Staffing and Operations
- Determine staffing requirements and recruit top talent to join our team.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or management role.
- 40 hours per week.
- English language.
