Auto Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Auto Sales Manager to join our team at 360 West Coast Auto Sales Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Merchandise and Services: Determine the types of vehicles and services to be sold, and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Procurement: Locate and select high-quality vehicles for resale, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals.
- Marketing: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract customers and promote our brand.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
- Staffing: Determine staffing requirements and recruit top talent to join our team.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
- Operational Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
