Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Management & Reporting Lead to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the data provisioning and reporting function, ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful reporting to support decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and Manage a Team: Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management to a team of data professionals. Develop work plans, foster collaboration with other departments, and ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and Maintain Reporting Solutions: Design, build, and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other relevant tools. Ensure the security and integrity of reporting architecture within the organization's data ecosystem.
  • Data Governance and Management: Establish and enforce data governance standards to ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency. Document data import/export processes, collaborate with stakeholders, and implement best practices for data management.

Qualifications

  • University degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, information systems, statistics) with proven managerial experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of data visualization principles and technical expertise in data management practices.
