Instructor, Construction Engineering Technology Program

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Engineering Technology Professor to join our team at NAIT. As a Professor, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting classes in classroom and lab settings, organizing and supervising practical student assignments, conducting student evaluation and maintaining progress records, and participating in course reviews, program reviews, and curriculum development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver high-quality curriculum and instructional materials
- Assess student learning and provide feedback
- Participate in program and course development
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve program goals
- Stay current with industry developments and best practices
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Construction Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in construction project management and/or estimating
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
