Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to clients, providing personalized insurance solutions and ensuring seamless policy administration.
  • Achieve sales targets by maintaining high-quality standards and building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Participate in team meetings, procedures, and special projects to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in insurance sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Hold a valid OTL/RIBO license and maintain ongoing professional development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset, demonstrating a strong foundation in insurance principles and practices.
