Regional Insurance Specialist

Position Overview
This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in person or over the phone, offering insurance advice and processing policy changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver knowledgeable and efficient customer service to clients, addressing their insurance needs and concerns.
- Meet sales goals by working within department standards for quality and productivity.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of standards, procedures, and special projects.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in insurance sales
- Valid OTL/RIBO license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Post-secondary education in a related field or working towards CIP designation
