Job Title: Dental/Health Adjudicator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dental/Health Adjudicator to join our team at Equitable Life of Canada. As a key member of our Group division, you will be responsible for processing dental/health claims and providing excellent client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process dental/health claims and predeterminations accurately and efficiently
  • Identify and resolve claim situations through consultations with senior staff or other departments
  • Work with the Investigative Claims Unit to identify suspicious claims
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of business processes
  • Perform additional tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Flexible schedule with ability to work additional hours when required
  • Outstanding client service skills
  • Ability to handle high stress situations in a fast-paced production environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to interpret and apply claim guidelines
  • Comfortable working in an environment with quickly changing priorities
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organization, multi-tasking, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
