Key Responsibilities

Trade Execution and Support
  • Execute trades accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all client instructions are fulfilled promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve trade-related issues and ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
Compliance and Risk Management
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with client trades and transactions.
  • Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to protect the firm and its clients.
Business Development and Growth
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert-level advice to clients.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in investment banking or financial services.
  • Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant certifications, such as CSC or CPH.
  • Experience with investment products and services, including equities, fixed income, and mutual funds.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards, including IIROC and CSA requirements.
