At Mishra Farms, we are seeking a dedicated individual to take on the role of Agricultural Operations Supervisor. This position requires a strong educational background and relevant experience in the agricultural sector.

  • Qualifications: A certificate or diploma from a recognized program lasting 1 to 2 years.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 to 3 years in a supervisory role within agriculture.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate prioritized operational plans to enhance productivity.
  • Ensure land is leveled to meet precise agricultural specifications.
  • Oversee the clearing of fields to prepare for planting.
  • Maintain comprehensive financial and production documentation.
  • Provide essential crop services, including plowing, irrigation, and harvesting.
  • Coordinate and manage the activities of general farm workers.
  • Ensure quality control measures are adhered to and maintain production records.
  • Supervise all crop-related operations effectively.
  • Keep accurate work records for operational efficiency.
  • Perform various general farm duties as required.
