Position Overview:

We are in search of an Automotive Training Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in enhancing the technical expertise of service personnel at our affiliated dealerships. The position is under the supervision of the Group Academy Manager and is dedicated to delivering comprehensive training programs for Volkswagen and Audi brands.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Champion the values and standards of VW and Audi brands.
  • Deliver technical education aligned with the Service Training framework.
  • Organize and oversee the Service Training timetable.
  • Engage in the development of training materials and curriculum.
  • Assist in the introduction of new models and technologies.
  • Oversee the operations of the Learning Center.

Required Qualifications:

  • Completion of a College Diploma or equivalent professional experience.
  • Possession of a Provincial or Interprovincial Technician's License.
  • A minimum of 3 years in an automotive role.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a training or educational capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in standard office software applications.
  • A collaborative team player with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% within Canada.
