Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Weeneebayko Area Health Authority. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop individualized care plans to address these needs.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients' responses to these interventions.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Current registration with the provincial or territorial nursing regulatory authority.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a hospital or clinical setting.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certificate.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) Certificate.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse by provincial or territorial authorities.
