- Client Visits: Regularly visit existing and potential clients to maintain and build strong relationships.
- Product Promotion: Present and promote Riverside's range of ophthalmic lenses, highlighting new products, innovations, and advantages to meet client needs.
- Issue Resolution: Act as the primary contact for client concerns or issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, ensuring mutual benefit and alignment with Riverside's business objectives.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market insights to the Sales Manager.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with broader company goals and to provide feedback for product improvements.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the ophthalmic lens or optical industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of accountability.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office environment.
- Flexible, adaptable with the ability to work both autonomously and in a team.
- Must be willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet with clients and attend industry events.
