Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Siaana Development Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and customers, including resolving issues and answering questions.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: Prepare and analyze reports, including sales data, customer information, and other relevant metrics.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to achieve goals and objectives, including coordinating tasks and projects.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 35 to 40 hours per week.
