We are seeking a skilled and physically fit Agricultural Labourer to join our team at Josling Farms Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks related to crop cultivation, harvesting, and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply the technique of hoeing between rows to maintain crop health
  • Clear fields of wood and stones to ensure smooth crop growth
  • Hand harvest vegetables to meet market demands
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops to optimize yields
  • Weed crops to prevent competition for resources
  • Fertilize and spray crops to promote healthy growth
  • Harvest crops at optimal times to ensure quality
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to ensure efficiency
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in various weather conditions
  • Hand-eye coordination and ability to distinguish between colors
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and equipment
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a rural area with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The work term is seasonal, and the work language is English. The hours of work will be 40 to 50 hours per week.
