Job Title: Labourer, Field and Vegetable Crops

At Josling Farms Inc., we are seeking a skilled Labourer, Field and Vegetable Crops to join our team. As a Labourer, Field and Vegetable Crops, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including hoeing, clearing fields, hand harvesting vegetables, and operating farm machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Apply the technique of hoeing between rows
  • Clear fields of wood and stones
  • Hand harvesting vegetables
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops
  • Weeding
  • Fertilize and spray crops
  • Harvest crops
  • Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma
  • Experience: Will train
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to handle heavy loads
  • Ability to distinguish between colors
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to bend, crouch, kneel, and sit
  • Ability to walk and combine sitting, standing, and walking
