Job Title: Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Generalist to join our operations team at Intelcom. As a key member of our team, you will support managers in the management, mobilization, and development of their teams, maintaining a good working climate and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the development and implementation of internal procedures and policies.
  • Participate in the management of performance and attendance at work.
  • Ensure the management and monitoring of work accident files.
  • Ensure compliance with the human resources management philosophy within our head office and implement actions supporting organizational strategies.
  • Help promote the employee experience.
  • Produce various statistical reports related to HR performance indicators and analyze them.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or industrial relations.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in human resources management.
  • Fluency in English and French, oral and written.
  • Good command of common IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, etc.) and knowledge of management systems is an asset.
